Bakken Communities LLC currently plans to develop, and sell four (4) industrial buildings of 12,000+/- square feet each on the 9 acre parcel known as Meadows II, in Watford City, ND.  We anticipate a total square footage of up to 48,000 square feet of industrial buildings. The industrial parcel is situated adjacent to State Route 85, which is the main arterial into Watford City from Interstate 94 to the South. The Property is approximately one-half mile south of a grocery store-anchored retail center now complete and open.  Our industrial buildings are pre-engineered with metal construction, with architectural features including overhangs at main entrances with glass storefronts at office areas.  Additionally, the main building façade will feature steel canopies for solar protection, and architectural enhancements.  The buildings will be designed to maximize flexibility with provisions made for insulated overhead doors and drive-thru bays.  In addition, buildings will be designed structurally to accommodate a manufacturer’s requirement for a bridge crane.
